We scheduled an appointment with FH Furr, then they canceled on us at the last minute. At 2:20 p.m. I called over 20 businesses until I got a hold of Nuckols Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. They were able to squeeze us in the same day. Bernard came in on his way home and fixed our AC. I would say we might've gotten lucky with the same-day service, but if you had to wait, they're definitely not going to disappoint. Excellent communication, great customer service, and great price as well. Very pleased with my experience.

I've used Nuckols Plumbing twice now. The first time they replaced our water heater. Prompt, polite, friendly... really the kind of experience you want. They pointed out some issues that were above and beyond and were very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable.
They did such a great job, I was happy to see they also did AC work when our AC died yesterday.
I called them at 7:30 AM. They were friendly even at that hour. The technicians were here by 9:00 AM (exactly on time). I had working AC by 10 AM. This was August, so the speed was very appreciated.
Again, the technicians were excellent. They explained what was going on, gave me extra information, made sure I understood, etc. I highly recommend them.
